Rev angel spent years mostly using a gaiwan or covered bowl to brew tea. that let her honor culture and get this contribution of the Tang dynasty in her bones.

This Superior version has also been shaded for a week, somewhat like matcha, which softens the green edges and draws forth the umami and sweetness.
