There will be two half-day sits to accommodate different timezones:

Come to either half-day or both.

1st half:
6 am-10 am Pacific Time (US and Canada)

2nd half:
2 pm-6 pm Pacific Time (US and Canada)

You do not have to come the entire time of either sit. Extended, uninterrupted practice is the intention here, so please come for a minimum of 2 hours if at all possible. If it is truly not possible, come anyway.
